What is eBuy? eBuy is the GSA’s online procurement system where government buyers post Requests for Quote (RFQ), Requests for Proposal (RFP), and Requests for Information (RFI) exclusively to companies that hold GSA Schedules. With Version 2, Kontratar connects directly to your eBuy portal account and pulls these opportunities into the platform so you can view them alongside your SAM.gov opportunities. eBuy opportunities are tied to the NAICS codes (referred to as SIN categories on the eBuy portal) that you are already subscribed to on the eBuy platform itself. You do not need to set up any additional subscriptions inside Kontratar. As long as you are subscribed to the relevant SIN categories on the eBuy portal, Kontratar will automatically surface those opportunities. Kontratar generates AI-powered proposals for eBuy opportunities using the same proposal engine as SAM.gov opportunities. The proposal quality and structure are identical regardless of source. How to get there: Sidebar → Opportunities → Click “eBuy
