eBuy is the GSA’s online procurement system where government buyers post Requests for Quote (RFQ), Requests for Proposal (RFP), and Requests for Information (RFI) exclusively to companies that hold GSA Schedule contracts. Kontratar connects to your eBuy portal account and pulls these opportunities into the platform alongside your SAM.gov opportunities. eBuy opportunities are tied to the SIN categories (NAICS codes) that you are subscribed to on the eBuy portal. You do not need to configure additional subscriptions inside Kontratar. As long as you are subscribed to the relevant SIN categories on eBuy, Kontratar surfaces those opportunities automatically. Kontratar generates proposals for eBuy opportunities using the same AI proposal engine as SAM.gov opportunities. The proposal quality and structure are the same regardless of source. Browsing eBuy opportunities
- Click eBuy under Opportunities in the sidebar. The eBuy opportunities table loads.
- The table displays the following columns:

| Title | The opportunity name. |
| NAICS Code | The SIN/NAICS code for this opportunity. |
| Buyer | The government agency posting the request. |
| Notice ID | The unique eBuy identifier. The prefix indicates the type: RFP (Request for Proposal), RFQ (Request for Quote), RFI (Request for Information). |
| Date | The posting date. |
- Click on any row to open the full opportunity detail page.
Viewing eBuy opportunity details
- From the eBuy table, click on any opportunity row.
- The detail page has the following tabs:
