The platform analyzes solicitation documents, extracts compliance requirements, and uses your company’s uploaded documents and profile data to generate structured proposals. It produces full proposals, tables of contents, and requirements-only outputs. See Proposal Generation for details.
Three types: Full Proposal (complete draft with all sections), Table of Contents (structural outline only), and Requirements Only (extracted requirements for manual response).
Yes. Multiple users can work on a proposal at the same time. The platform provides role-based access, version control, section-level editor assignment, and project management controls (due dates, deadlines, reminders).
Proposal documents are encrypted using a tenant-specific passphrase. User accounts can be protected with multi-factor authentication. Role-based access controls and feature locks restrict who can view and modify data. Kontratar does not use your data to train external models. See Passphrase and MFA for details.
Kontratar connects to SAM.gov and supports custom opportunity sources. It tracks new opportunities, amendments, and award notices. Custom opportunities can be created for state, local, or commercial bids not published on SAM.gov.
Kontratar filters and ranks opportunities based on your configured NAICS codes, organizational capabilities, and past performance data. The AI ranks opportunities by relevance to your profile.
Yes. Kontratar can match your research focus to SBIR topics, create proposal outlines, and support commercialization planning.
Yes. Kontratar provides API access for integration with document management systems, CRMs, and business intelligence tools. See the API Reference section for details.
Most users are active within 24 hours. The onboarding process covers account creation, profile setup, NAICS code configuration, and opportunity identification. See Quick Start.

Your data belongs to you. If you cancel, Kontratar provides export options for all proposals, opportunities, and analytics data.
Yes. During proposal generation, you select an AI personality that controls the tone and style of the generated content. The platform maintains compliance with government standards regardless of the selected personality.
Push notifications work on Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Opera, and Samsung Internet.
Not at this time. iOS browsers are built on Safari’s WebKit engine, which does not support web push notifications. This page will be updated if Apple enables this capability.
