Team Simulation evaluates how well your organization or a teaming partner aligns with a specific government opportunity. The system analyzes your uploaded documents, company profile, and partner data against the opportunity’s solicitation requirements to produce a capability assessment. Use Team Simulation to:
  • Make bid or no-bid decisions based on data rather than estimates
  • Compare multiple teaming partners to identify the strongest fit for a specific opportunity
  • Identify capability gaps before starting proposal development
Before you begin: For accurate simulation results, upload relevant company documents (past performance narratives, capability statements, resumes) in the Documents section. The simulation uses these files as input for the capability assessment.

How to run a simulation

  1. Go to the Simulation section in the Workspace panel.

  1. Click Generate Simulation.

  1. Enter a simulation title.

  1. Choose the source of the opportunity:
SourceDescription
SAMFederal opportunities sourced from SAM.gov.
CustomOpportunities created manually by your organization.

  1. Select the specific opportunity you want to simulate against.
  2. Select the client — your own company or a partner organization.

Simulation results

After generation, the results screen displays:
  • The requirements extracted from the selected opportunity
  • A capability assessment based on your uploaded documents, company profile, and past activity
  • An alignment evaluation comparing your capabilities to the opportunity’s requirements

What to do next

After reviewing simulation results:
  • If the results indicate strong alignment, proceed to Proposal Generation to create a response.
  • If the results show capability gaps, consider adding a teaming partner through the Administrator Workspace Partners section, or upload additional documents to improve your profile.
