Before you beginYou need the following to create an account:
  • A work email address. Personal email addresses (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com) are not accepted.
  • Your company’s legal name, domain, and mailing address.
Only one person per company can register through the signup page. That person becomes the primary admin. All other users must be invited by the primary admin.

Creating an account

To create a new Kontratar account:
  1. Go to app.kontratar.com.
  2. Click Log In, then select Sign Up.

  1. Enter your company details.

PasswordA password for your Kontratar account.
  1. Click Submit.
If the registration is successful, your account is created and you are logged in. You become the primary admin for your organization.
Registration will fail if:
  • The email address is not a work email.
  • The company domain has already been registered by another user.
  • A personal email provider is used (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.).
If your company domain is already registered, contact your organization’s primary admin to request an invitation. See Administrator Workspace for instructions on inviting users.
After logging in, the Home Dashboard is displayed. The dashboard shows:
  • Charts and visualizations — A summary of government contract activity filtered by your selected NAICS codes.
  • Opportunity count — The number of active opportunities matching your filters, organized by agency.
  • Awards and forecasts — Data on recent contract awards and forecasted procurement activity.
The left sidebar provides access to all platform features:

Team SimulationTests how well your organization or a teaming partner aligns with a specific opportunity’s requirements.
DocumentsStores company files used during proposal generation (past performance narratives, capability statements, resumes).
CategoriesManages classification tags applied to documents and partner profiles.
AdministratorOrganizational management panel for users, partners, teams, agencies, and settings. Visible only to Super Admins and Tenant Admins.
SettingsConfigures NAICS codes, notification preferences, and display options.
Proposal GenerationCreates AI-generated proposals from tracked opportunities.

What to do next

After your account is set up:
  • Configure your NAICS codes — Go to Settings or the Administrator > NAICS Code section to add the NAICS codes that match your business. These codes control which opportunities appear in your dashboard and Opportunities tab.
  • Upload company documents — Go to Documents and upload files that describe your organization’s capabilities. These files are used by the AI during proposal generation. Recommended document types include past performance narratives, capability statements, and key personnel resumes.
  • Track an opportunity — Go to Opportunities, browse or filter the listings, and click Track on any opportunity you want to pursue. Tracked opportunities appear in My Desk.
  • Invite your team — If you are the primary admin, go to Administrator > Users to invite other members of your organization.
